Kim Victoria Cattrall, born on the 21st of August, 1956 in London, is an British and Canadian actress from Canada and the UK. She was best known for her character Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for Best Female Supporting Actor. Her role was reprised by her on Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009).
